Return Policy At The Misstt, we carefully pack and inspect every perfume before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or the perfume spray is not working, we are happy to assist. When Can You Request a Return? Returns are accepted only in the following cases: The perfume bottle is received damaged or broken. The perfume spray/nozzle is not working upon delivery. The wrong product is received. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return: You must contact The Misstt within 48 hours of delivery. A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the unopened package and the product inside is mandatory for return verification. The product and its original packaging must be kept safely until the return is approved. Returns without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted. Reverse Shipping Charges If the return is approved, the reverse courier/return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Once the returned product is received and verified by our team, we will arrange a replacement or applicable resolution. No Returns for Fragrance Preference We do not accept returns or exchanges due to: Not liking the fragrance. Fragrance preference. Change of mind. Fragrance intensity or longevity preferences. An opened or used product, unless it qualifies under the damaged or defective-product conditions above. Important Please make sure to record a clear unboxing video from the sealed package until the product is fully visible. This helps us verify any damage or issue and process your request smoothly. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
